Chips in the walls and floors, only a single toilet for each sex, a persistent odor of mold and poop, and absolutely no renovations since I was a little kid. I even remember some of the very same chips that have been in the walls since I was too young to even reach the sink. Today is the first time I've ever had access to soap, but the odor was worse, there was new damage to the walls that wasn't there before, there was practically no toilet paper, and there is little to no consideration for handicapped individuals.
