You pay 50p to be met by an aggressive, loud, shouty member of the cleaning staff, who got quite worked up. Whatever the circumstances, unacceptable behaviour. Three of the ladies toilets had a cleaning in progress sign, with no cleaner insight (and they looked clean) and the one free toilet’s washing facilities were out of order. Minding my own business and faced with a rude, horrible cleaner. Approach these toilets with caution!
