    These toilets are in need of replacement. They were stained with what looked like urine, these bogs looked filthy.

    British Airway charge a premium for a flight yet can't update their toilets for their customers. I don't think they had been cleaned in a while. Not acceptable that!

    There were lots of hand towels and hand wash, but that was the only good side of these toilets.

    A real let down these khazis and real let down for British Airways.
